Qualifications:
- Degree in a healthcare-related field
- 1–3 years of experience in aesthetic sales or a similar clinical facilitator role
- Prior clinical experience in aesthetics preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in an international pharmaceutical or medical device company
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Proven experience conducting customer-facing educational and training programs
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and current trends in aesthetics

Job Description:
This clinical job involves representing the Clinical Education Facilitator team at the country level and providing clinical support to customers to ensure confident and safe use of the Galderma Aesthetic Portfolio. The role includes responsibility for country-level strategy and execution of customer education and training activities while maintaining compliance with Galderma’s code of ethics and regulatory standards for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetic products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert in Botulinum toxin, Biostimulators, and Hyaluronic acid products
- Maintain updated knowledge of Galderma and competitor products
- Understand customer needs and design personalized educational journey plans
- Collaborate with Clinical Education Training Leads on key account strategies
- Provide clinical facilitation support aligned with customer requirements
- Ensure alignment between global and local customer education strategies
- Plan, execute, and track training programs across the country
- Manage agendas, speaker selection, briefings, and onsite training support
- Apply best practices across the region to enhance training effectiveness
- Support new product launches in collaboration with internal and global teams
- Demonstrate adaptability, continuous learning, and openness to feedback
