Dental Job – Key Responsibilities
Deliver Results
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual clinical plans and sales targets for assigned markets.
- Partner with sales teams to visit customers requiring in-depth clinical guidance.
- Support assigned accounts by developing clinical strategies and helping with case assessment, record-taking, ClinCheck usage, and solving aligner issues.
- Review initial ClinChecks for newly trained doctors and assist customers requiring additional help.
- Transfer complex cases to clinical consultants and prepare clinical materials for dental professionals.
- Maintain weekly and monthly reports for the Clinical Support Manager, India.
- Foster a high-performance environment within the team.
Drive the Best Outcomes
- Deliver product and clinical training to assigned accounts.
- Provide field coaching to team members, distributors, and external customers.
- Build strong, ethical relationships with dental professionals to enhance product usage and market share.
- Maintain professional grooming and conduct.
- Stay updated on competitor activities and share insights with the India Marketing Manager.
- Provide ongoing education to sales and marketing staff, especially during new product launches.
- Coordinate clinical-related programs such as mentorship and smile programs.
- Manage quality updates, feedback records, and be open to frequent travel.
Lock in Key Relationships
- Engage certified and non-certified doctors to expand the Invisalign case potential.
- Plan and manage clinical events and collaborate with speakers for training sessions.
- Coordinate pre-event preparation, post-event follow-ups, and submit feedback reports to the India team.
