Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient consultations, including medical history review and basic fertility assessment
- Assist in planning and execution of fertility treatments such as IVF, IUI, ICSI, and ovulation induction
- Monitor patients through ultrasound scans and hormone assessments
- Support procedures like oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and IUI under supervision
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Patient Care
- Provide counseling and guidance to patients regarding treatment options and protocols
- Ensure compassionate and ethical patient interaction in this Consultant Job in Chhattisgarh.
- Address patient queries and concerns throughout the treatment journey
Operational Responsibilities
- Coordinate with embryologists, nursing staff, and lab teams for smooth workflow
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives at Oasis Fertility.
Academic & Research
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in reproductive medicine
- Participate in clinical meetings, case discussions, and training programs

Educational Requirements for the Consultant Job:
- MBBS from a recognized medical institution.
- MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
- Fellowship or formal training in Reproductive Medicine is preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in an IVF or fertility setup is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant training in reproductive medicine are encouraged to apply.
