Your Opportunity

As the Country Medical Director at Roche India, you will play a strategic leadership role in shaping medical innovation, regulatory compliance, and clinical adoption of Roche’s cutting-edge therapies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Medical Leadership: Develop evidence-based medical strategies that align with global and local healthcare trends.
  • Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to GCP, GVP, medical device regulations, and healthcare policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with policy-makers, regulatory authorities, and healthcare professionals to advance clinical adoption of Roche’s therapies.
  • Medical & Scientific Excellence: Lead clinical trials, research collaborations, and market access initiatives to support drug development and patient outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Work with regulatory affairs, clinical operations, pharmacovigilance, and biometrics teams to ensure Roche’s license to operate in India.

Who You Are

  • Experience: 15+ years in medical affairs, regulatory strategy, clinical research, and market access, with at least 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Education: MBBS, MD, or PhD in life sciences, clinical medicine, or pharmaceuticals.
  • Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of drug development, clinical trials, market authorization, and medical governance.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, engage with healthcare stakeholders, and drive medical innovation.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep expertise in pharmaceutical regulations, drug approval processes, and compliance standards in India.
