Primary Responsibilities:
- Scientific Communication & Exchange: Engage proactively and reactively with Thought Leaders (Doctors), sharing data, study insights, and research literature while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Advisory Board & Medical Society Engagement: Respond to medical queries from societies and participate in advisory boards to enhance scientific dialogue.
- Congress Participation: Represent Bayer careers at key scientific conventions, strengthen networks, and gather competitive intelligence.
- Educational Coordination: Organize scientific sessions and training with key healthcare professionals, especially within assigned therapeutic areas.
- Thought Leader Identification & Strategy: Profile and segment TLs, align engagement plans with medical strategies, and contribute to internal knowledge building.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of field activities and track engagement outcomes in line with objectives.
