Job Details:
- Position: Part-Time Doctor (Allopathic System)

- Tenure: Initially 06 months, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
- Emoluments: Rs. 46,020/- per month for performing 03 hours of duty per day.
- Duty Hours: Three hours per day (Morning or Evening shift, as required).
Job Description:
The selected candidate will perform the duties of a General Medical Officer, providing outpatient treatment to employees, pensioners, and their dependents at the CSIR-CFTRI Health Centre. Responsibilities include treating common medical ailments, referring patients to empanelled hospitals when necessary, and assisting during health camps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient medical consultation at the CSIR-CFTRI Health Centre.
- Examine and treat employees, pensioners and their eligible dependents.
- Diagnose and manage common medical conditions.
- Provide appropriate medical advice and treatment.
- Refer patients to empanelled hospitals when specialized treatment is required.
- Support health camps organized by the institute.
- Maintain appropriate standards of professional medical practice.
- Perform General Medical Officer duties during the assigned three-hour shift.
Eligibility Criteria for this CSIR-CFTRI Part-Time Doctor:
- Essential Qualification: MBBS degree from a recognized university/institute.
- Desirable Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Medicine/Family Medicine/Pediatrics/Obstetrics & Gynaecology (M.D. preferred).
- Experience: 01 year in a Government or Private Hospital is preferred.
- Age Limit: Not more than 64 years on the date of the walk-in interview.
