Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in medicine.
- Post-graduation in Management, Hospital Management, Organizational Behavior, or Psychology (TISS/XLRI preferred).

Job Description:
As part of Dr. Reddy’s Lab, the AFL Partner role contributes to Dr. Reddy’s Foundation for Health Education (DRFHE), which addresses the growing challenge posed by non-communicable diseases. This position requires collaboration, strategic execution, and outreach across multiple health-focused initiatives—making it ideal for candidates exploring a socially impactful medicine job at Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a network of corporate partners through active stakeholder engagement.
- Calendarize AFL programs and ensure timely implementation.
- Expand AFL reach and increase the frequency of program rollouts.
- Ensure error-free execution of AFL modules at partner institutions.
- Represent dr reddy’s lab at seminars and conferences to promote AFL.
- Connect with health ambassadors, doctors, and partner representatives.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative program assessments and prepare reports.
- Perform ethnographic research to recommend program improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams such as PSR, ASM, RM, SMs, DHs, PMT, SCM, and Corporate Communications.
- Engage with external bodies including corporates, industry associations, chambers of commerce, and ministry representatives.
