At EVERSANA, we provide end-to-end integrated global medical information and medical affairs services for various life sciences companies, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, digital therapeutics, and over-the-counter companies of various sizes, including industry leaders and emerging companies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform scientific data fact-checking and review of promotional and non-promotional materials for MLR meetings.
- Ensure scientific accuracy, relevance, and completeness of data, with claims backed by valid references.
- Ensure claims align with the approved label and are clinically/statistically relevant.
- Ensure materials meet clientโs medical strategy, comply with laws, industry standards, and best practices.
- Review materials, proofread, and check medical content against references.
- Collaborate with internal and client medical reviewers to ensure timely material review.
- Resolve issues impacting timelines and recommend content/process improvements.
- Work with document management platforms (e.g., Veeva PromoMats/MedComms) for document uploading and reference anchoring.
- Collaborate with the Head of Medical Content Development on project strategy and execution.
- Support content creation for various medical affairs documents and materials.
- Assist with document development, review, and MLR discussions.
- Help create/update SOPs, templates, style guides, and other documents.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on medical and scientific content.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Responsibilities
- Deliver CLIENT DELIGHT through effective collaboration with EVERSANA medical teams and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and codes of practice.
- Develop high-quality, scientifically accurate, and ethically aligned promotional/non-promotional content independently.
- Proactively identify and manage quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Travel requirement: Up to 10%.
- Work hours: Average 40+ hours/week.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required:
- PharmD (or M. Pharm. or M.S. Pharm), Ph.D., BDS, MDS, or MBBS with relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in document QC and/or scientific writing within the life science and/or pharmaceutical industry
