Job Description:
This Optometrist Job at Lenskart involves overseeing eye care quality across multiple stores, mentoring fresher optometrists, and maintaining operational excellence. The role ensures superior customer service while coaching store teams and upholding clinic standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned stores in the Lenskart uniform and manage technical and functional operations.
- Mentor and coach fresher optometrists to meet business goals.
- Train store staff to improve NPS and service quality.
- Conduct interviews and onboard new optometrists.
- Maintain documentation and report to the PS regional manager daily.
- Ensure accurate eye tests and clinic hygiene standards.
- Resolve customer issues and manage escalations to maintain satisfaction.
- Drive operational metrics like Locus compliance, Tango compliance, and audit scores.
- Recommend and allocate talent effectively across stores.
- Maintain clinic equipment, including AR, Lensometer, chairs, and dispensing tools.
- Support people management, monitor performance, and conduct training programs.
