Educational Qualification

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, map, profile, and engage Key Thought Leaders (KOLs) across assigned therapy areas
- Execute the Medical Affairs strategic plan, including medical education, advisory boards, evidence generation, and special projects
- Act as a therapeutic area expert, discussing scientific data, clinical evidence, and treatment trends with healthcare professionals
- Represent Dr. Reddy’s at internal and external scientific platforms
- Gather disease insights and treatment patterns and translate them into actionable medical strategies
- Support publication activities, including reviews, meta-analyses, case studies, and patient-reported outcomes
- Respond to scientific queries from physicians and stakeholders
- Train sales and marketing teams on the latest medical and scientific developments
- Ensure full compliance with Dr. Reddy’s COBE (Code of Business Ethics) and promotional policies
