About the Role
The Optometry Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured, high-quality training programs focused on refraction, dispensing, and optical processes. The role involves classroom training, practical demonstrations, role plays, and in-store coaching to ensure optometry staff maintain high clinical and service standards aligned with Lenskart’s business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on refraction, dispensing, and optical techniques
- Use role plays and innovative learning methods to improve trainee engagement
- Track trainee performance and provide regular feedback and assessments
- Develop, update, and customize training materials based on business needs
- Visit retail stores for on-ground coaching, mock sessions, and skill evaluations
