Lupin Careers Qualifications
- Graduation: MBBS or equivalent medical degree

About the Role
The Manager – Medical Services will play a strategic medico-marketing role by providing high-quality scientific support to internal stakeholders and engaging with external experts. The position requires analyzing medical data, supporting product strategy, ensuring scientific accuracy of promotional material, and contributing to clinical and advisory initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze updated medical and scientific information for medico-marketing value
- Provide scientific support to internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and regulatory affairs.
- Contribute to new product ideation, comparative analysis, and medical strategy planning
- Prepare and ensure quality of scientific documents such as Product Monographs, Labels (LBL), and Value Added (VA) content
- Support medico-marketing initiatives in collaboration with product management teams
- Organize and contribute to advisory board meetings and doctor group interactions
- Coordinate and execute Phase III and Phase IV clinical studies when required
- Engage effectively with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), CROs, and external stakeholders
