Qualifications
Essential:
- A three-year graduate degree in public health, community medicine, palliative care, critical care, health administration(with a healthcare focus), with 3 years of relevant experience, OR a postgraduate degree in any of the above-mentioned fields.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in health research, data collection, qualitative interviews, and documentation
- Familiarity with NVivo/SPSS and hospital-based workflows

Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct patient-caregiver assessments and collect research data.
- Administer structured questionnaires and coordinate follow-ups.
- Assist in qualitative interviews, transcription, and record handling.
- Maintain data security and support quantitative/qualitative analysis.
- Help implement the 5A’s Chronic Care Model within MHRC services.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective project execution.
