TMC Careers: Qualifications
- MD or DNB in General Medicine or equivalent qualification
- DNB in Family Medicine is also acceptable

About the Role
As a senior resident in general medicine, the selected candidate will be involved in comprehensive patient care, clinical decision-making, and academic activities. The role requires working closely with consultants and multidisciplinary teams to manage complex medical cases while contributing to teaching, training, and research initiatives within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient and outpatient medical care under the General Medicine department
- Assist consultants in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient management
- Participate in emergency duties, ward rounds, and clinical discussions
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Support academic activities, including teaching, case presentations, and audits
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, ethical standards, and patient safety guidelines
