As a Regional Medical Advisor – Oncology, you will serve as the primary scientific liaison for thought leaders and physicians, driving medical engagement and strategy execution to optimize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Engage key thought leaders through medical affairs activities aligned with strategic plans.
- Execute medical education, product education, evidence generation, advisory boards, pre-license activities, and special projects.
- Serve as a scientific expert, discussing product data, patient treatment trends, and therapeutic area studies.
- Support optimal patient outcomes by sharing data, insights, and knowledge with healthcare professionals.
- Represent Dr. Reddy’s on internal and external scientific platforms.
- Analyze disease trends and treatment patterns from key stakeholders.
- Develop annual Medical Affairs Strategy Plans and convert insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborate on therapy-specific reviews, meta-analyses, case studies, patient-reported outcomes, and publications.
- Ensure compliance with Dr. Reddy’s Code of Business Ethics (COBE) and promotional material guidelines.
- Identify unmet needs and contribute to new product development as a pipeline champion.
