Education:
BDS / MBBS.
Experience:
1–2 years in Medical Affairs or as an MSL in oncology or specialty care; experience engaging senior clinicians/KOLs; exposure to product launches or targeted therapies preferred.
Job Description:
This role offers one of the most dynamic Medical Jobs in Delhi, where the Assistant Manager, Medical Science Liaison (Oncology) will establish and maintain peer-level relationships with oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), deliver compliant scientific interactions, and provide therapeutic guidance across multiple cancer indications. The position also supports medical education programs and collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine medical strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with oncology KOLs in academic and private institutions.
- Deliver impactful, compliant scientific interactions aligned with medical strategy.
- Serve as a therapeutic guide for products in the treatment of renal, lung, breast, prostate, and ovarian cancers.
- Support regional medical education programs, CMEs, advisory boards, and scientific roundtables.
- Provide clinical and scientific expertise to cross-functional teams.
- Collect and communicate actionable field insights to refine medical strategy.
- Collaborate with Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory, and Pharmacovigilance teams.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
- Accurately report adverse events and product complaints.
- Support the launch of new oncology assets and innovative molecules.
- Participate in national and international oncology scientific meetings.
- Contribute to territory reviews, scientific planning, and strategy alignment sessions.
Skills:
Strong scientific acumen in oncology, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to interpret complex clinical data, strategic thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and digital engagement platforms.
