About the Role
The clinical trial liaison role focuses exclusively on accelerating patient recruitment and enrollment during a defined enrollment window. The position requires close collaboration with investigational sites, investigators, and study coordinators to identify eligible patients quickly and overcome recruitment barriers. This is a hands-on, results-driven role with clear performance objectives.
Health Science Job: Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between TFS and investigational sites
- Support rapid identification and referral of eligible patients
- Drive site-level recruitment acceleration strategies
- Engage investigators, study coordinators, and site staff regularly
- Educate sites on eligibility criteria, enrollment workflows, and timelines
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and proactively implement mitigation plans
- Track enrollment progress and provide regular updates to sponsors and study teams
Qualifications
- Educational background in the healthcare field
- Proven experience in patient recruitment for Phase II/III clinical trials
- Experience in hematology and/or rare diseases (Myelofibrosis experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of site-based recruitment methodologies in India
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India
- Freelancers/consultants only (no permanent employment)
