The Process Associate will be responsible for reviewing AI-generated summaries of medical documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Review AI-generated summaries of medical documents for accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
- Cross-check the summary against the specific client/underwriter requirement specification before finalizing.
- Edit, correct, and format the document to match the exact client specification and template.
- Verify medical terminology, diagnoses, and clinical details are correctly interpreted and represented.
- Ensure zero/minimal errors in the final report — accuracy is a top priority.
- Understand underwriting context to ensure the summary supports underwriting decision-making needs.
- Deliver completed reports within the assigned turnaround time (TAT).
- Escalate ambiguous, incomplete, or inconsistent AI outputs to the appropriate team/lead.
- Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks set by the process.
- Collaborate with team members, QA, and leads to resolve recurring AI errors or gaps.
Eligibility Criteria for Health Underwriting Job:
- Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Paramedical field (freshers eligible).
- Strong understanding of, or aptitude for learning, medical terminology and clinical documentation.
