Qualifications
- Background in a healthcare-related degree
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in aesthetic sales or a similar clinical facilitator role within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Previous clinical practice in aesthetics is preferred
- Prior employment in an international pharmaceutical company for a minimum of 3–5 years
- Experience in a field-based, customer-facing healthcare role involving educational and training events
- Fluent in English
- Ability to create tailored, value-added solutions for customers

This healthcare job in Bangalore involves representing the Clinical Education Facilitator team in the country and providing clinical support to customers to ensure confident, safe, and effective use of the Galderma Aesthetic Portfolio. The role includes responsibility for the country strategy and execution of Customer Education and Training activities, conducted in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Galderma’s code of ethics and all applicable regulatory standards for medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an expert on the aesthetic and clinical uses of Botulinum toxin, Biostimulators, and Hyaluronic acid products
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of own and competitor products through continuous review
- Understand customer needs and formulate an educational journey plan for each customer
- Develop educational journey plans for target key accounts and align with the Clinical Education Training Lead
- Work with Clinical Education Training Leads to determine clinical needs and provide in-clinic facilitation support
- Ensure alignment between Global Customer Education and Training teams and local affiliates
- Drive compliance with Global and Local Compliance, Regulatory, and Legal requirements
- Plan and execute country-wide training events and follow-up activities
- Create agendas and manage speaker selection, briefings, and onsite support
- Track training programs and leverage best practices across the region
- Support product launches in collaboration with local affiliates and global teams
- Assimilate and apply new job-related information in a timely manner
- Demonstrate receptivity to feedback from internal and external stakeholders
