ICON Careers- Role:

The Image Data Processing Technologist will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and quality of imaging data used in clinical research. The role involves managing, verifying, and processing incoming imaging data, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency in medical imaging workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and review incoming imaging data and documentation for compliance with GCP/HIPAA guidelines.
  • Prepare, load, and demographically review imaging data for analysis.
  • Identify and resolve issues in received data, coordinating with project-specific sites and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ICONโ€™s internal SOPs.
  • Represent the Incoming Data Processing function in internal discussions as needed.
  • Foster teamwork and maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment through effective communication and collaboration.

Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or a related discipline (certifications preferred).
  • Experience: 1โ€“4 years of relevant experience in medical imaging or clinical research roles.
  • Strong understanding of imaging technologies, data standards, and regulatory requirements in clinical trials.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
