IQVIA Medical Review Expert Job Description:
As an IQVIA Medical Review Expert, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive Medical Review expertise, ensuring efficient and quality data management products that align with customer needs. The role involves project management support in structured patient data review from a clinician’s perspective, identifying patient anomalies, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify patient anomalies to ensure medical congruency/plausibility of subject data per protocol.
- Provide project management expertise with clinical study teams and key decision-makers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Track service performance and identify root causes of issues.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of compliance issues.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve task efficiency and quality of deliverables.
- Provide therapeutic area/indication training for the project clinical team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Medic (MBBS) with 2+ years of experience or MD with any experience/Fresher.
- Experience in clinical data sciences at a CRO, pharmaceutical company, or other medical environment.
- Good understanding of clinical/medical data.
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Pharmacology, Anatomy, and Physiology.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage competing priorities.
- Strong customer focus skills.
