Healthcare Job – Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare
- Minimum 2 years of experience processing TMF documents.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research.
- Strong knowledge of GCP, GDPR/HIPAA, CRF, CTR, and local regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with clinical trial documentation and the DIA TMF reference model.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong administrative and technical skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Ensure accurate categorization of documents per DIA reference model and Allucent TMF Index.
- Verify metadata in Veeva Vault aligns with study-specific requirements.
- Identify and resolve document non-compliance issues efficiently.
- Highlight recurring documentation trends to the TMF Manager and TMF Lead.
- Participate in team meetings to share best practices and insights.
- Mentor junior TMF Specialists (TMFS I).
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process improvements in TMF management.
- Support training, client communications, and internal evaluations.
