Job Description:
AIIMS Kalyani will conduct a Written Examination and/or Walk-In Interview for the engagement of Junior Residents (Non-Academic) for a tenure period of six months. Candidates with a recognized MBBS degree, completed internship, and valid medical registration are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities for Junior Resident Job:
- Provide inpatient and outpatient medical care under faculty supervision.
- Participate in emergency and trauma services as assigned.
- Work in rotational duties and shift schedules.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Assist in departmental clinical and academic activities.
- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Adhere to institutional protocols, ethics, and patient safety standards.
Educational Qualifications for Junior Resident Job:
- MBBS degree from an institution recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Completion of compulsory rotating internship.
- Valid registration under any State Medical Council or NMC.
- Candidates must have completed MBBS (including internship) within three years prior to 08 July 2026.
- Candidates who have already completed two terms of Junior Residency are not eligible.
- Maximum age: 33 years as on the date of publication of the notification.
