Job Description
This MBBS job is under the project titled:
“An Implementation Research to strengthen Digital Technologies for optimizing the continuum of care for Diabetes and Hypertension Management in the Public Healthcare System in India.”
The role involves contributing to digital health research, supporting implementation strategies, and improving healthcare delivery systems using technology such as telemedicine, mHealth, and electronic health records.
Qualifications
Essential
- MBBS with R&D experience and published papers OR
- MPH (Master’s in Public Health) with R&D experience and published papers OR
- Retired government employee with at least 20 years of experience in relevant field
Desired
- MD / MBBS + MPH / BDS + MPH with research experience
- Experience in health systems and implementation research
- Knowledge of data analytics, digital health, and EHRs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in qualitative research and data management
Key Responsibilities
- Work on research/implementation/operational research in healthcare systems
- Support digital health initiatives including mHealth, telemedicine, and EHRs
- Perform data analysis and data management tasks
- Train and support field teams in digital health technologies
- Conduct qualitative data collection and analysis
- Contribute to improving diabetes and hypertension care systems
Tenure
- Initially up to one year (extendable)
- The position is temporary and can be terminated at any time
