Job Description:
Scientific Support (to Customers)
- Evaluate teams’ ability (resource, skill, and time) to engage on various projects and work with Marketing to ensure acceptance of feasible projects, timelines, and milestones
- Provide strategic inputs to the team and manage review mechanisms to ensure timely and accurate responses to:

Product/therapy area–related queries from customers (Doctors)

Customer requests for medical writing/articles

Scientific Support (to PMT)
- Provide strategic directives for the development of scientific communication kits for products
- Attend meetings to understand the broad marketing strategy and translate these into content-directed inputs for the team
- Review content prepared by the team and ensure SOP checks are run for technical compliance
- Provide directives to better align content with brand positioning
- Approve and sign off on finalized content
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification required: MBBS / BDS ONLY
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in a Medical Advisory role
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Programs and Courses
- Oversee content creation for internal programs and courses
- Participate in annual marketing exercises to finalize the calendar of events
- Allocate projects to the team and conduct monthly tracker-based reviews
- Provide inputs for the selection of course directors
- Lead meetings with course directors to finalize program design, agenda, and content
- Review content, sample modules, topic suggestions, and concept decks
- Participate in quarterly cycle meetings by conducting scientific sessions
New Product Launch Support
- Attend new product meetings to participate in planning and provide scientific insights
- Allocate new products to suitable team members and review prepared content
- Ensure continued scientific support for the initial 6 months to 1 year
Knowledge Creation and Sharing
- Ensure product portfolios are rich and updated with product-related data
- Continuously scan journals, research papers, and industry newsletters
- Conduct monthly medical updates for PMT to share the latest scientific updates in the pharmaceutical space
- Ensure regular and value-added KOL meetings across regions and track KOL database growth
- Attend relevant industry meets and conferences
- Prepare minutes of meetings (MoM) and share with internal teams
