Qualification & Experience
- B. Pharma + MBA (Marketing OR Pharma. Management) with 3 to 7 years of Product Marketing experience
- M.B.B.S. with 6 months – 2 years of experience
- MD (Pharmacologist)
Therapy Preference: Oncology (preferred), open to consider candidates from other therapy areas
Industry Preference: Pharma
Areas of Responsibility
- Development, collaboration, implementation, & accountability for strategic and operational plans
- Development of marketing and promotional plans
- Market intelligence and customer connect
- Collaboration with internal & external media
- Training and direction to the field sales team
- Cross-functional collaboration for brand plans and strategies
- SWOT analysis and guidance for sales team
- Creation of brand inputs for promotion
- Conducting meetings, symposia, CMEs, and conferences
- Motivating sales team members
- Product forecasting and new product strategies
