Qualifications:

Required Experience:
- Proven experience applying biomarkers and precision medicine in drug development
- Strong understanding of clinical development strategies and companion diagnostics

- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills

Job Description:
This MD job as a Global Precision Medicine Lead offers the opportunity to shape and deliver biomarker and diagnostic strategies that enable truly personalized therapies. You will lead companion diagnostic development from concept to regulatory approval, working with external diagnostic partners and cross-functional global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participating in the development and execution of precision medicine and diagnostic strategies across early- and late-stage clinical programs
- Designing clinical studies incorporating patient stratification, enrichment, and biomarker testing
- Advancing early drug development through precision medicine strategies linking biomarkers, efficacy, and safety
- Facilitating biomarker testing and interpreting clinical data to support health authority submissions
- Leading evaluation and selection of diagnostic technologies and external partners
- Integrating companion diagnostic studies with clinical programs through regulatory approval
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for diagnostic tests
- Acting as a subject matter expert on cross-functional diagnostic teams
- Supporting publication and communication of precision medicine research findings
