Job Description:

The selected candidate will work on advanced immunology experiments, including single-cell RNA sequencing (RNAseq), bulk transcriptome analysis, ATACseq, and CUT&RUN assays. Responsibilities include both wet lab experiments and bioinformatics analysis, particularly in antigen-specific T cell research. The role suits experienced candidates seeking research associate jobs involving both laboratory and data analysis expertise, particularly those with PhD, MD, or MDS backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities for Research Associate Job:

• Conduct single-cell RNAseq and ATACseq experiments and data analysis.
