Job Description:
In this Medical Affairs Job, the selected candidate will serve as the primary scientific face to engage with ‘Thought Leaders’ and physicians for a given therapy area. Responsibilities include the ongoing identification, mapping, and profiling of thought leaders in the specified geography and therapy area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engagement of identified key thought leaders through medical affairs activities.
- Execution of strategic medical affairs plans, including medical education and product education.
- Acting as a therapeutic area scientific expert and discussing scientific data with leading specialists.
- Supporting optimal patient outcomes through communication of data and insights.
- Representing the organization in various internal and external scientific platforms.
- Conducting disease trend analysis and contributing to the development of the annual Medical Affairs Strategy Plan.
- Ensuring compliance with the organization’s Code of Business Ethics Policy.
- Developing the Medical Affairs strategic plan for identified therapeutic areas and products.
Eligibility Criteria for the Medical Affairs Job:
- Educational Qualification: MBBS with a full-time post-graduate qualification of at least 2 years in any discipline of medicine or MBBS with MBA from a reputed institute.
- Minimum Work Experience: Fresh postgraduate or up to 2 years of experience in field-based medical affairs.
