Job Description:

BD is seeking a Deputy Manager – Medical Affairs to execute and implement clinical strategies for the Medical Delivery Solutions (MDS) business across assigned regions. The role focuses on strengthening BD’s clinical value proposition through physician engagement, education initiatives, key opinion leader (KOL) partnerships, and support for commercial teams.

The selected candidate will collaborate with healthcare institutions, hospital leadership, and internal stakeholders to drive clinical excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical marketing education programs, seminars, and promotional events.
  • Organise in-service training programs for healthcare professionals.
  • Build clinical capabilities among regional sales teams and channel partners.
  • Develop and implement regional engagement calendars with customers and KOLs.
  • Support product evaluations, hospital clinical audits, and protocol development.
  • Assist hospitals in troubleshooting and product application challenges.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital leadership.
  • Coordinate regional clinical and economic studies within defined timelines.
  • Conduct induction programs, product refreshers, and clinical proficiency tests.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of the complete BD MDS product portfolio.
