Our AI-powered software developed in-house allows us to produce organized and concise summaries.
Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for medical and life science graduates with 2+ years of experience in the medical record review field.
- The role entails reviewing medical records, analyzing critical events in personal injury, medical malpractice, and mass tort cases, and preparing detailed summaries.
- The successful candidates will collaborate with attorneys and insurance companies to ensure the timely delivery of accurate and comprehensive reports.
Required Qualifications
- BDS/ MDS/ BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS/ BPT/MPT/ BSc (Nursing) /MSc (Nursing) graduates with strong medical knowledge and 2+ years of experience in reviewing medical records.
Required Skill
- Ability to prepare medical chronology, demand letter, life care plan, future cost projections, and more
- Strong knowledge and understanding of medical records and terminology
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and summarizing medical information
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using medical software and technology
- Previous experience in medical review or related fields is preferred
- Fluency in English is compulsory
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Special Note
- Immediate joiners who are willing to work from our Bangalore office will be offered a good package.
- Candidates with experience in clinical and other fields will not be considered as experienced.
- For freshers, we provide a 6 months training along with a stipend. Please note that this is a non-clinical work of reviewing patients’ medical records.
- Only BDS/ MDS/ BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS/ BPT/MPT/ BSc (Nursing) /MSc (Nursing) graduates will be considered for selection for the 6 months training (No other qualifications are considered).
