Job Description
This Medical Science Liaison job is responsible for building best-in-class scientific relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) across relevant specialties. The Medical Science Liaison (MSL – RMA) engages with scientific and medical experts on product and therapy discussions in a non-promotional context. The role also involves providing insights, knowledge, and training to internal stakeholders to support organizational development, making this job at Haleon suitable for experienced MBBS and BDS professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulating strategies and plans aligning Medical Affairs with core business requirements for India Cx
- Educating stakeholders and business partners on product science and India-specific usage and practices
- Supporting Line Managers, RLTs / SLTs, and HRGs in query handling and resolution
- Advising business leaders on medical and scientific matters
- Partner collaboration with associations and local chapters, including guideline creation and dissemination
- Representation at local events such as CMEs, TOTs, and Advisory Boards
- Insight generation from HCPs through routine interactions and surveys
- Developing and maintaining a strong network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Supporting clinical trials and investigator engagement
