Job Description:
The medical science liaison job is designed to ensure best-in-class relationships for Haleon with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) across relevant specialities. The MSL (RMA) will engage with scientific and medical experts in discussions related to products and therapy segments and give presentations in a non-promotional context. The role also includes providing insights, knowledge, and training to internal stakeholders to support development. This position is ideal for candidates looking for advanced MBBS jobs or BDS jobs in medical affairs and scientific engagement.
Qualifications:
- MBBS / BDS
- 1+ years of experience
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint tools
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating strategies and plans focusing on aligning Medical Affairs with core business requirements for India Cx.
- Educating key stakeholders and business partners on product science and India-specific usage and practices.
- Coaching teams through specific issues and activities.
- Supporting Line Managers & RLTs / SLTs HRGs in query and issue resolution processes.
- Advising business leaders.
- Partner collaboration with associations and local chapters, including guideline creation and dissemination.
- Representing Haleon at local events such as CMEs, TOT programs, and Advisory Boards.
- Generating insights from HCPs through routine interactions and surveys.
- Developing a strong network of KOLs.
- Supporting clinical trials and investigator engagement.
