Job Description:
The Expert Medical Science Liaison (MSL) will ensure best-in-class relationships between Haleon and healthcare professionals across relevant specialties. The MSL will engage in discussions regarding products and therapy segments, provide insights, and support internal stakeholders with knowledge and training to facilitate development. This role involves a deep understanding of medical science and the ability to communicate complex information effectively to various audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating strategies and plans to align Medical Affairs with core business requirements for India Cx. This includes identifying key areas for growth and development and working collaboratively to achieve these goals.
- Educating key stakeholders and business partners on product science and India-specific usage and practices. The MSL will serve as a critical resource for information and guidance on Haleon’s product offerings.
- Supporting Line Managers & RLTs / SLTs HRGs in query processes and resolution. This involves providing expert advice and ensuring that all queries are addressed efficiently and accurately.
- Advising business leaders on medical insights and trends that could impact the company’s strategy and operations.
- Collaborating with local associations for guideline creation and dissemination to ensure that Haleon’s practices are aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Representing Haleon at local events, including CMEs, TOT, and Advisory Boards, to promote the company’s mission and engage with the medical community.
- Generating insights from healthcare professionals through routine interactions and surveys, which will inform future strategies and initiatives.
- Developing a strong network of KOLs and providing support for clinical trials and investigator engagement, ensuring that Haleon remains at the forefront of medical research and development.
Eligibility Criteria for this Medical Science Liaison Job:
- MBBS / MD degree, demonstrating a strong foundation in medical science and practice.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, essential for building relationships and analyzing complex data.
- Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint tools, necessary for creating reports and presentations.
