Job Description:
The Medical Science Liaison is accountable for initiating, developing, and delivering medical and scientific input for products in the assigned Therapeutic Area. This role involves engaging with Key External Experts and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives. The liaison will execute medical strategies and tactics aligned with regional and global objectives, ensuring that medical insights are effectively integrated into the company’s operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate timely medical input into the Core Medical Plan and execute activities within timelines and budget.
- Conduct internal and external scientific product presentations and lead advisory boards.
- Provide medical input to commercial activities, including strategic business plans and promotional materials.
- Develop a medical communication plan to support marketed products.
- Attend relevant conferences to gather insights related to the Therapeutic Area.
- Evaluate proposed research concepts for Investigator Sponsored Research for scientific merit.
- Maintain relationships with key external experts and healthcare professionals.
- Assist in planning and execution of scientific activities within the Medical Affairs team.
Eligibility Criteria for the Medical Science Liaison Jobs:
- Medical Degree and Advanced Scientific degree in Life and/or Health Science.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Affairs, preferably in oncology.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to collaborate in a matrix environment.
- Willingness to travel within India.
