Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Medicine, or related fields
- CRO and therapeutic area experience preferred for this medicine job

Job Description:
This medicine job involves managing interdisciplinary early-phase clinical research studies while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager – Early Phase acts as the primary liaison between Syneos Health and its customers to ensure timely study launch, conduct, and closeout according to contractual agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage early-phase clinical research studies as part of a global medicine job role
- Ensure compliance with GCP, relevant SOPs, and regulatory requirements
- Act as primary liaison between the Company and the Customer
- Lead project teams to maintain quality, timelines, and budget control
- Ensure the financial performance of assigned projects
- Coordinate deliverables across all study conduct partners
- Proactively identify and manage project risks and issues
- Ensure quality and completeness of the Trial Master File (TMF)
- Maintain accurate study information across multiple systems
- Support inspection readiness activities
- Develop and implement project plans
- Present at internal and external meetings
- Prepare project management reports for clients and leadership
- Build strong client relationships to support future Syneos Health careers
- Participate in bid defense meetings when required
