MLT Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved school for Laboratory Technologists
- MLT students and new graduates actively pursuing CSMLS certification are welcome
- Current registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario

You will work in a 24/7 core lab environment, collaborating with MLAs, MLTs, Senior MLTs, Charge MLTs, and PAs, while strengthening your expertise as a medical lab technologist within Canada’s healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of laboratory procedures that are complex and require professional judgement
- Conducts competency testing in Clinical Chemistry, Hematology (including coagulation), and Immunohematology
- Applies principles and techniques of medical technology to generate reliable diagnostic results
- Supports disease diagnosis and treatment through accurate laboratory testing
- Performs other assigned duties related to the MLT job role
