Job Description
This MSL job is focused on ensuring best-in-class relationships for Haleon with the Health Care Professionals (HCPs) across relevant specialties. MSL (RMA) will be required to engage with scientific and HCPs / medical experts in discussions with respect to the product and the therapy segment and give presentations in a non-promotional context.
They will also provide insights, knowledge, and training to the organization’s internal stakeholder to support development. This MBBS job / MD job opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to grow within Haleon careers in Medical Affairs.
Qualifications:
- MBBS / MD
- 1+ years of experience
- Strong Interpersonal & Analytical skills.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint tools.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating strategies and plans focusing on aligning Medical Affairs with core business requirements for India Cx.
- Educate key stakeholders and business partners on product science and India specific usage and practices, and coach them through specific issues/activities.
- Support Line Managers & RLTs / SLTs HRGs in query / issues processes & resolution.
- Advise business leaders.
- Partner Collaboration with associations: Local Chapters. E.g., Guideline’s creation & dissemination.
- Representation in local events (i.e., CMEs; TOT; Advisory Boards).
- Insight generation from HCPs. E.g., Routine interactions & HCP surveys.
- The MSL will have to work on developing a strong network of KOLs, Provide support to the clinical trials and to the investigator engagement.
