About the Job
As a Junior Clinical Consultant at Narayana Health, you will be responsible for delivering expert cognitive, non-invasive, and invasive clinical management in the Adult Intensive Care Unit. Your role will focus on ensuring comprehensive and high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. By conducting thorough assessments, interpreting critical data, and implementing evidence-based treatment plans, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing patient outcomes and supporting the healthcare team in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities
A. Cognitive Clinical Management
- Conduct history, physical exams & differential diagnosis.
- Develop, modify & document care plans.
- Order & interpret labs, radiology & hemodynamic data.
- Prescribe medications, transfusions & treatment orders.
- Manage referrals & prepare discharge summaries.
B. Clinical Non-Invasive Management
- Perform rectal exams & patient assessments.
- Conduct CPR in emergencies.
- Manage artificial feeding modalities.
C. Clinical Invasive Management
- Insert central venous catheters & monitoring lines.
- Perform oral & nasogastric intubation.
- Insert urethral catheters & manage invasive procedures.
