Job role: Clinical Services Manager (Trivandrum)

Location: Elippode, Trivandrum, Kerala
Shift: Night (9:30 pm to 6:30 am)
Key Responsibilities:
- Train clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, or other healthcare professionals.
- Provide ongoing supervision, support, and performance evaluations for clinicians.
- Foster a collaborative and cohesive team environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of clinical services provided to patients.
- Ensure that clinicians adhere to evidence-based practices and follow established protocols.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve service delivery.
- Oversee patient assessments, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.
- Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with clinicians to create individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Stay updated on changes in healthcare laws and regulations and implement necessary changes.
- Prepare for and participate in audits and inspections.
- Manage the clinical services budget, including staffing, equipment, and supplies.
- Optimize resource allocation to meet patient needs while controlling costs.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on clinical services, outcomes, and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing, administration, and finance, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
- Encourage ongoing professional development for clinical staff.
Qualifications: Clinical Service Jobs
- Bachelor’s degree in a medical field (BAMS, BHMS, BDS, D Pharm, Pharm D, B Pharm, Paramedics)
- State licensure or certification as required for the specific clinical discipline (e.g., licensed therapist, counselor, nurse, etc.).
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in managing a clinician’s team and process.
- Previous clinical experience and a strong understanding of clinical practices and regulations.
- Proven experience in healthcare management or leadership roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
