About the Job

This role provides structured exposure to complex pituitary and skull base cases within a high-volume tertiary referral centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop advanced subspecialty skills in pituitary and endoscopic skull base neurosurgery
- Provide 16–32 hours per week of general neurosurgery on-call cover
- Work closely with endocrinology, neurosurgery, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in teaching and supervision of registrars and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical governance, and evidence-based care
- Engage in professional development, academic meetings, and research activity
- Produce at least one peer-reviewed publication during the fellowship period
