Key Responsibilities:
- Handle region-wise dental and clinical queries from customers and partners in this Non-Clinical Job at Illusion Aligners
- Provide accurate clinical guidance through calls and communication channels
- Manage customer calling processes and support activities
- Resolve queries efficiently within defined timelines (TAT)
- Coordinate with internal teams for complex issue resolution in this Non-Clinical Job
