Job Description:
Redcliffe Labs is hiring for a phlebotomist job focused on home sample collection. This is a full-time, field-based role for candidates who can collect blood samples from patients’ homes while maintaining safety, hygiene, and accuracy. The role also involves coordinating daily routes efficiently, managing sample collection schedules, and working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics. Candidates are expected to educate patients about diagnostic tests, promote add-on services when appropriate, and support revenue growth through ethical upselling. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.
Qualifications:
- Qualification: MLT Certificate (Mandatory)
- License & Vehicle: Valid driving license and own two-wheeler (Mandatory)
- Experience: 0–3 years (Home sample collection experience preferred)
- Skills Required:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients’ homes as per established protocols.
- Ensure accurate labeling, proper documentation, and timely delivery of samples to the laboratory.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and infection control standards during sample collection.
- Promote add-on services and upsell diagnostic tests or packages to customers.
