Public Health Job Description
UNSW Sydney is seeking a highly motivated Post-Doctoral Fellow for a position within its research team, working on a major data linkage project. This role involves leading the project from inception to dissemination, including ethics applications, data management and analysis, and manuscript drafting for publication.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a complex data-linkage project end to end, from ethics approvals to data integration, analysis, and timely milestone delivery.
- Collaborate with research partners, data custodians, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Produce strong research outputs, including journal manuscripts and national and international conference presentations.
- Build an independent research profile by designing projects and contributing to competitive grant applications.
- Support and mentor emerging researchers, contributing to HDR supervision and a positive academic culture
- Uphold the highest standards of research integrity, ensuring compliance, data security, and safe working practices.
