Role Responsibilities:

Develop a wide range of medical content: abstracts, manuscripts, congress presentations, slide decks, graphical abstracts, infographics, videos, social media, and educational resources.

Research, organize, interpret, and quality-check technical and medical information for content drafts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical communications, scientific publication committees, congress teams, digital content, and generative AI groups.

Support authors with solutions for assigned projects and coordinate with graphics, compliance, statistics, and AI teams.

Ensure accuracy and data quality control of all medical content.

Deliver projects on time while maintaining compliance and quality standards.

Assist in developing training materials for products or therapeutic areas.

Receive training and implement relevant tools, including generative AI platforms, for efficient content creation.

Track project progress, resolve issues with guidance from the Team Lead.

Stay updated on trends in medical content generation and best practices.

Train and develop expertise in content creation tools and share knowledge with the MCCS team.
Basic Qualifications for Remote Medical Communications Jobs
- Advanced scientific doctoral degree (eg, MBBS/MD, MPH)
- Excellent scientific writing skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in writing/developing medical content for the pharmaceutical industry, academic settings, CRO, or biotech company
- Ability to lead and execute a project end-to-end
- Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with authors and key external stakeholders, cross-culturally/regionally to drive solutions ahead.

- Experience in creating and developing medical content
- Expertise in assigned therapeutic areas
- ISMPP-CMPP®
- Multimedia and omnichannel experience
- Rapid adoption of new digital content, technology, and resources
