Job Description:

The Scientific Officer will be responsible for contributing to the development of AI models aimed at diagnosing and prognosing Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD). The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and requires expertise in artificial intelligence and bioinformatics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and validate AI models for NAFLD diagnosis and prognosis.
  • Collaborate with the research team to gather and analyse data.
  • Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the management of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions related to project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical standards in research in this Scientific Officer Job.
  • Support the Principal Investigator in various project-related tasks in the ILBS Recruitment.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development in the field of AI and hepatology.

Eligibility Criteria for the Scientific Officer Job:

  • MBBS/BVSc/BDS/BHMS/BAMS with 3 years of post-qualification experience OR
  • MBBS/BVSc/BDS/BHMS/BAMS with a PG Degree (MD/MVSc/MDS/MPH) or any equivalent degree, including integrated PG degrees OR
  • MBBS/BVSc/BDS/BAMS/BHMS with a PhD.
  • Desirable: Knowledge/experience/expertise in Artificial Intelligence and/or Bioinformatics.
  • Age Limit: 40 years as of the closing date.

Salary:

Monthly emoluments sanctioned by the funding agency: INR 80,000/- + HRA @ 30% (Total = INR 1,04,000/- per month).
