Job Description:
The Senior Scientific Writer will be responsible for creating complex and specialized content without supervision, managing the end-to-end publication and medical education content development process. This includes documentation and approval in relevant systems, developing therapeutic area expertise, coaching junior writers, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and education content development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders in the medical scientific community.
- Provide publication and medical education materials as per agreed timelines and quality.
- Develop complex publication and medical education materials.
- Assist in conducting comprehensive publication-need analysis in the Non-Clinical Jobs
- Implement the publication plan and associated activities for the region.
- Work closely with scientific communication teams to identify publication needs.
- Support the medical communication team in developing subject matter expertise.
- Coach and review content created by junior scientific writers.
Eligibility Criteria for the Scientific Writer Jobs:
- Experience: 4+ years in content creation for the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or academia.
- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
