Qualifications
- MD/DNB with 3-year fellowship in Medical Oncology OR

About the Role
The Clinical Associate will be responsible for comprehensive inpatient and outpatient oncology care while actively participating in multidisciplinary decision-making, academic programs, and departmental research initiatives. The role demands strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inpatients and outpatients undergoing Medical Oncology treatment
- Attend emergency oncology cases during daytime hours
- Conduct daily inpatient clinical rounds with consultants
- Plan post-discharge outpatient treatment and continuity of care
- Communicate clearly with patients and their families regarding care plans
- Coordinate with Surgical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Pediatric Oncology, Palliative Medicine, and allied specialties
- Participate in audits, clinical research, and departmental academic activities
- Attend night calls on a shared rota for palliative medicine and allied specialties
