MBBS Job Description:

This MBBS job involves acting as the primary scientific face of the organization for thought leaders and physicians within the oncology therapy area. The role requires identification, mapping, and profiling of key opinion leaders across assigned geographies on an ongoing basis.

MBBS Job – Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging key thought leaders through structured medical affairs activities aligned with strategic plans
  • Executing medical affairs initiatives, including medical education, product education, evidence generation, advisory boards, and special projects
  • Serving as a therapeutic area scientific expert and a trusted scientific counterpart
  • Supporting optimal patient outcomes through effective scientific communication
  • Representing Dr. Reddy’s Lab at internal and external scientific platforms
  • Gathering disease trends and treatment insights and sharing them with therapy leads and commercial teams
  • Training sales and marketing teams on the latest medical developments
  • Identifying unmet medical needs and supporting new product ideation

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification
MBBS with a full-time postgraduate qualification of at least two years in any discipline of medicine
OR
MBBS with an MBA from a reputed institute

Work Experience
Fresh postgraduates or candidates with up to two years of experience in field-based medical affairs are eligible, making this MBBS job suitable for early-career professionals.
