Qualifications:

Knowledge & Education

Healthcare Job Description:

This healthcare job involves day-to-day oversight of transportation quality systems supporting UPS Healthcare and the Ground Transportation Carrier Certification Program. The role focuses on maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, transportation standards, and quality systems while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Healthcare Job – Key Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities

  • Implements policies, procedures, and work instructions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manages communications across quality and compliance teams
  • Interacts with regulatory and industry agencies affecting healthcare transportation
  • Supports internal, external, supplier, and carrier audits
  • Remains current with applicable healthcare and transportation regulations
  • Supports certifications such as CEIV and ISO impacting UPS Healthcare
  • Conducts risk assessments and transportation capability evaluations
  • Ensures document control systems are maintained and updated
  • Supports supplier and carrier qualification programs
  • Tracks nonconformance, incidents, and audit findings
  • Produces quality and compliance reports as required
